Community Pool
Take a refreshing dip in one of the three outdoor pools, or simply lounge on the deck and soak up the sun's rays. There's plenty of room for your family, friends and neighbors to relax and enjoy the many activities at the pools and pool house. There is a large lap pool, a kiddie pool, and a separate play pool so the whole family can enjoy the outdoors from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Rain or shine, even in the winter, come take a dip in the indoor pool or indoor spa. Enjoy a sauna too and really feel refreshed.

The outdoor pools, pool house and tennis courts are ready for your enjoyment. The indoor pool building, including separate Senior activity space and the playground will be completed in 2006. A newly constructed "green" building housing a retail and office center on Hillsborough Road is available for tenants.

The Community Center
The cornerstone of the leisure and activity services of Taylor Village are the two community centers. The main center will offer drop-in activities and special events for the residents of all the Taylor Village neighborhoods on the upper level while the lower level will house the outdoor poolhouse. Multipurpose activity rooms available for a variety of functions will be found in the center along with an exercise room. Outdoor amenities include three pools, a playground and tennis courts.

Seniors living in the Taylor Village neighborhood will have access to separate age restricted community facilities in the indoor pool building. There will be a large gathering room with library and computers, a separate exercise room, a billiards and card room and multipurpose activity rooms will be available for crafts and other functions. The building will also provide some office space for lease to those serving the community.
